Shipping and Returns
All items are sent via Australia Post and include a tracking number unless otherwise stated in the individual item listing. Orders are sent out within 5 working days.
Parcels will be sent to the address you provided at the checkout. Please ensure that all details are correct. If an item is returned to us we will charge the postage to re-send.
If you are within Australia you will receive a shipping notification via Paypal which will include your tracking number. We will not be held responsible for lost items. If you would like to add extra insurances to your postage please email email@example.com to discuss.
We are not responsible for any customs duty fees for International buyers. Fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
If you feel that your item is not as described or is faulty, please contact us to discuss. Change of mind returns will not be accepted. Please ensure you are happy with your selection before finalising your purchase.
